  • What is AjuBit?

    AjuBit is an exchange system that allows you to exchange with Fiat, Crypto and Ecurrency. The service provides with Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Altcoins, Payeer, Perfect Money, Advance Cash with USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, SGD, AUD, CAD, BRL, NGN, AED and 70+ countries local currency!

  • How to register in AjuBit?

    It`s very simple, Just click on SIGN UP option, fill the form then follow instruction. To active your account click on activation link sent to registered email, user may find email on Inbox, Spam or Junk folder.

  • Are you forgot password?

    If anybody forgot password please go to SIGN IN page then click on Forgot Password option, system will send password reset link to registerd email. Change password followed by reset link.

  • How to place an order?

    After login click on New Exchange option then select your send/receive exchange gateway and follow order form instruction.

  • When will deliver my order?

    After received payment order will be finish within 3 working days, we generally finish within 24 hours! Sometime it may take 3-5 working days if too many in process!

  • Any order validity?

    Generally order Validity depend on exchange pair, some order validity few hours, some are one days and some are 3 to 7 days.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order unless it has already been executed. Executed orders are not reversible simply because it is impossible to do. After received fund if any order cancel by user request we will deduct our commission and balance will back to user.

  • What is an exchange rate?

    Exchange rate is the rate at which a unit of one currency can be exchanged for another. There are one floating and fixed rate exchange options available at AjuBit system.

  • Does AjuBit follow fix or floating rates?

    AjuBit website offer fixed and floating both to avoid exchange rate risk during the transaction interval. Floating direction on crypto to crypto, crypto to fiat, fiat to crypto, ecurrency to crypto, crypto to ecurrency and fixed direction on fiat to ecurrency and ecurrency to fiat only. 

  • What is a fixed exchange rate?

    The fixed exchange rate is a rate that matches the one displayed to the user at the beginning of the exchange, independently from any further rate volatility. Hence, when exchanging crypto at a fixed rate, you always know the amount you will get from the very start of the exchange.
